PTFE Removable Insulation Covers

Insulation covers, made of Fluoropolymer coated glass fiber cloth. Youngsun YS9038HD is made of PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabric, which can be made into Pump/Thermal/Valve/Removable Insulation Jackets for environmental and chemical resistant.

The basic fiberglass is satin weaving way, which ensure the high tensile strength of the removable insulation blankets, and PTFE coating is flexible in order for making PTFE insulation Jackets into any different shapes and sizes.

The Property of Removable Insulation Covers

Youngsun could make the Insulation covers into Gray, White, Yellow, Black, Blue or any other colors.

And the PTFE Fabric could be coated on one side or both sides.

For one side PTFE fabric, the weight is 560 g/m2, and thickness would be 0.38mm

For two sides PTFE fabric, the weight is 650 g/m2, and thickness would be 0.40mm

Application for insulation covers with different colors

PTFE Removable Insulation Jackets are designed for Pumps, pipeline, valves, freeze protection and so on.

And Different color is for different applications, like Yellow insulation jackets are for Gas, Oil and Steam value, pumps and so on.
