PTFE impregnated Fabrics, designed for Thermal insulation jackets, which is coated with double sides Fluorin(PTFE), has high mechanical strength, is UV resistant and Flame resistant, the model number is YS9040HD. The color of PTFE coated fabrics can be Gray, white, yellow, black, red or any other colors. This fabric is the heat resistant & Corrosion resistant solution for Insulation Blanket!
Applications of Fluorin coated series include wrapping insulation for pump, filter, exchanger, pipeline, valves, freeze protection and so on, it's wraped outside the insulation blanket, as this fabric is anti-aging, anti-chemical and anti-environment.
Different color is used for different applications, such as pipeline transporting steam, pipeline for oil or gas.
This fiberglass impregnated fabrics YS9040HD is coated with excellent PTFE (Fluorin)(Teflon). The high temperature resistant, flame retardant, Non-stick PTFE(Teflon) provides improved resistance to abrasion and corrosion, flexing and tear. And fiberglass ensure the high tensile strength of this product.
This product is used for high temperature (600°F) removable insulation jackets for valves, filter, exchanger, pump, piping, flanges and fittings.
