High quality PTFE Adhesive Tape with release paper

High quality PTFE adhesive tape is coated with heat resistant adhesive, such as acrylic adhesive and silicone PSA. It`s easy release, high strength and can be used for a long time. PTFE adhesive tape is widely used in sealing machine, laminate-release sheets, food conveyor belts, electrical insulation and industrial processing. 

PTFE coated with silicone PSA is a good solution for high request applications. The highest temperature resistant can up to 260 c, and the yellow release paper can make it easily to be used and stockpiled. Ordinarily, the width is 1000 mm, and the length is 50 m per roll. We can customize any size according to customer's requirement.

Smoothly and non-stick surface

The surface of the high quality PTFE adhesive tape is very smoothly, which allows the products can be taken away from it easily. By the way, it can reduce friction and doesn't cause static electricity.

Heat resistant

The surface and the adhesive glue are all heat resistant, it can continue work in high temperature up to 260 degree for a long time. For the silicone PSA and acrylic of the tape, the higher the temperature, the greater the viscosity.

Easily to be used and reuseaful

The yellow release paper in the back makes it easily to be used, and can be stored longer and without wasted. It can be cuted into different size and shape, and will not reduce the stick of the silicone.

High tensile strength

PTFE coating makes the fabric have higher tensile strength, it can be works for longer time and not easy to deform.

Pressure sensitive silicone adhesive

Our PTFE adhesive tape uses the pressure senstive silicone adhesive, it is sticker and works for longer time than any other silicone. 

Application of PTFE adhesive tape:

High quality PTFE adhesive tape is usually used as release tape for the protection of sealing jaws and heat-sealing wires on equipment such as bag and L-sealing machine. They can also be found in vacuum and blister packing operations too.

1. Used as insulation protection material: wire and cable insulation and protection for industry like LCD/FPC/PCB. slot liners, slot-stick, spacers, field and armature winding.

2. Used in the packing machine: form fill and seal, impulse/L-bar and poly bag sealing.

3. Used in non-stick roll coverings for printing and textiles.

4. Used in chemical processing: tank seals and contaminant barriers, gaskets, membranes, seals & diaphragms, corrosion resistant chute, drum, hopper liners, lining of spray booths, guide rails.
