PTFE mesh belt is made from an open area PTFE coated glass fiber mesh. It's non-stick and heat resistant, and is generally supplied with a mechanical joint and have edges of the mesh reinforced toprevent fraying. Brown and black color are all optional. The joint there are many different kinds, bull nose joint and alligator joint are the most two popular.
Our mesh belt have many different hole size, such as 1*1mm, 2*2.5mm, 4*4mm and 10*10mm. Different mesh sizes provide a high percentage of open surface area, allows better airflow and sufficient operation with minimum heat loss.
We can customize any size mesh belt, and any width edge protector. They are widely used where airflow is required to circulate around the shrink wrapped product.
