Heat resistant PTFE open mesh conveyor belt

Heat resistant PTFE mesh  is available in brown or black, the max width is 4m at any length. The woven glass substrate provides exceptional strength and dimensional stability. Its non-stick and heat resistant, working temperature range from -70℃ to +320℃. Because of these charisteristics, the PTFE mesh convey belt can be widly used in imany areas of industry.

We can provide many different mesh sizes, allows better airflow and sufficient operation with minimum heat loss. Width and length stability of the belts are retain over full range of operating temperature. The bull nose joint and alligater joint are the most two popular joints.

Heat resistant----Heat resistant PTFE mesh can continuously work under-140 to 320°C, the max resist high temperature can be up to 360°C.

Porously----It allows the air can pass through it easily, avoid wasting heat and improve drying efficiency for it`s permeability.

Chemical resistance----It can resist all most of chemical medicines, acid, alkali and so on.

Non-stick surface----It can easily remove all kinds of adhesives such as resin, paint and chemical medicine, easy to clean.

Good flex fatigue resistance----It has high tensile strength and excellent flex fatigue resistance. It`s better for small wheels.
